HOW THE COLLECTIVE WORKS

​

Each circle call is structured the same—with a topic that addresses our foundational pillars. There is ample space for open conversations, break-through rooms, and opportunities to share your projects, ideas, needs, and offerings. Collectively, we identify our greatest untapped resources waiting patiently for our attention. 

These facilitators do not profess to have the answers, but know The Collective does, and our job is to listen-in and be in service to what we hear and lead us care-fully. We will evolve our experience together in real time as we listen-in to what we discover and disclose.

Defining A Woman Who Futures a New Paradigm

• We start with an Agreement of Care and Caregiving.

• We share an immersive Visioning our highest manifestation of what is possible when we acknowledge our role in the emerging reality.

• We remember our life giving and life preserving gifts.

• We know our unique contribution to shaping the future is essential and what our world is aching for.

• We restore our bonds with nature.

• We accept our role as women to raise awareness and consciousness​ through our work and daily actions.

• We know we are not meant to do this alone.

Owning Your Personal Mission and Vision 

• "It’s time. If not now, when?  If not us, who?" We will hear from you what it looks and feels like to be A Woman Who Futures a New Paradigm in body, mind, and spirit?

• We will better understanding our left and right brain capacities, and exploring possibilities of improving the balance between the two hemispheres. Then we are better equipped to balance and heal our world.  

• We will look at opportunities, possibilities, and focus on our individual gifts and freedoms we have been born into.

• We will re-member and honor the girl within.  What do we owe her? 

• Let's test the power of our voice and trust the fire within.

• Discover how our personal mission and vision are woven into the greater global vision being activated on the planet.​

• Move beyond the “silo” approach into co-creation with others who share our visions and seek to effect real and lasting change.

• Recognize how our individual and collective rising supports not only ourselves and our communities but the rise of our planet leading to peace and prosperity for all.
