The following courses will provide the opportunity for you to sit with world renowned thought leaders, experts, educators, and wisdom keepers to explore and discover skills we consider foundational so we show up as we are built to do as women. Then we will be equipped to future a new paradigm with
resilient and sustainable outcomes.

Emboldening and Equipping Ourselves To Future a New Paradigm with co-Architects of The Global Woman's Village; Dale Allen, Sande Hart, Misa Hopkins, Bliss Williams
In our first course session we explore what it means to lead the growing edge with methods and capacity-building skills to prepare ourselves to future a new paradigm. Conducted by the four co-architects of Women Who Future a New Paradigm, collectively we will introduce this concept whose time has come with practical and thought-provoking ideas that you can expand on, glean from, contribute to, and ruminate in. Together with Sande Hart, Misa Hopkins, Dale Allen, and Bliss Williams, we will explore the impact, mutual interdependence cross-sectionally, and the roles and responsibilities to actualize our power.
You’ will gain clarity, grounding, and orientation for these uncertain times—through feminine wisdom, embodied awareness, and collective insight—so you leave feeling steadier, more resourced, and more connected to your role in shaping what comes next.
You’ll reconnect with ancient feminine capacities for perception, resilience, and regeneration—learning how women can respond to today’s global challenges not through force or burnout, but through wisdom, interdependence, and conscious choice.

Perhaps one of the most immediate and impactful skills we can practice to future a new paradigm is awareness of our personal agency of language and narrative. Legendary social systems scientist, cultural historian, futurist, attorney, and Founder of The Center for Partnership Systems, Dr. Riane Eisler's research, writing, and speaking has transformed the lives of people worldwide. Dr. Eisler's "Four Cornerstones" gives us a framework for a Partnership configuration, foundational to our work at The Global Woman's Village. We will also understand the interrelated nature of language and economics to shift our consciousness to a more caring and sustainable future. We will explore both the historical significance in a language that has held us in a system of domination, and our role in procreating a new story for humanity.

Supporting Men to Future a New Paradigm with Clay Boykin and Sande Hart
Clay and Sande will explore the healthy dynamics that exist when women and men support one another in futuring a new paradigm. We will hear from Clay his perspective on the new-age wounded male condition, and how women can support men struggling at this time. Sande will introduce the critical need for women to support men while navigating the age-old wounded woman condition. We will explore how to reconcile traditional assumptions and/or expectations of “masculinity” which are as old as time, with the call for more compassion and partnership.

Evolving With The Heart of Water with Mare Cromwell
The earliest lifeforms on our planet evolved in the primordial waters of Mother Ocean. Our children gestate within our bodies within an amniotic sac of fluid that some refer to as the First Ocean. Water is precious and vital to all life.
